Special Olympics Surrey Ski Group Training.
February 10, 2012
The ski group now offers training every Wednesday at Aldershot from 20.00 to 22.00 in addition to our regular 2nd Sunday of the month from 10.00 to 12.00.
Wednesdays offer more intensive race coaching alongside some of the regular dry slope racers. Our coach Pete Jesse has now bought a set of very cool timing gear which allows skiers to monitor their progress and enjoy real time feed back on how they are progressing. So when Pete says “do this and it will reduce your time” they can see the sense in the advice!
Our next Open Meeting will be at the Bromley slope on Sunday 6th May starting at 11.00.
