Membership

Membership to the branch is open to all people with a learning disability, coaches, parents, volunteers, friends and other people with a continuing interest in those with a learning disability and objectives as laid out above

1. Membership Fees

The branch annual membership fees (if deemed appropriate) are set at £25 per annum. No athlete shall be prevented from taking part in his/her training and competition programme due to non payment of fees.

2. Accreditation

Each Branch shall in turn accredit annually with Special Olympics GB and will therefore be entitled to use the name and logo and charity number of Special Olympics GB. All branches must maintain secure and full documentation for accreditation purposes. SOGB's accreditation process carries a fee in relation to number of total membership of the branch.
